Earlier this month, Maruti announced lucrative discounts on its Nexa lineup. The larger discounts were limited to the unsold MY2023 stock of the Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara, Fronx, Jimny, Ignis, Baleno, and Ciaz. While these discounts are still up for grabs until the end of the month, the automaker has increased the offers for the Grand Vitara and Fronx SUVs. Check out the full details below.

Maximum Discount: Rs 1.25 lakh
At the beginning of the month, MY2023 units of the Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara SUV were available with a total discount package worth up to Rs 75,000. Now, the automaker has added an extra cash discount of Rs 50,000 to the package, bringing the maximum offer to Rs 1.25 lakh. An exchange offer of Rs 50,000 is available on the MY2024 units of the midsize SUV.
Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara is available in two engine variants – a 1.5-litre K15C petrol engine with mild hybrid technology and Toyota’s 1.5-litre TNGA petrol engine with a strong hybrid system. The former puts out 103hp and 137Nm, while the latter produces 92hp and 137Nm by itself and 115hp and 137Nm in a strong hybrid setup. The electric motor alone produces a maximum power of 80hp with 141Nm peak torque.
Maximum Discount: Rs 1.33 lakh
Maruti’s newest compact SUV, Fronx, was available with discounts of up to Rs 83,000 earlier this month. An additional cash offer of Rs 50,000 brings the value of the total discount package up to Rs 1.33 lakh for the unsold MY2023 units. Meanwhile, the MY2024 units of the SUV get only Rs 10,000 off in exchange offers.
The Fronx is available in two powertrain options. The 1.0-litre turbo petrol engine can produce a maximum power output of 100hp and 147Nm of torque. Transmission options include a 5-speed manual gearbox or a 6-speed torque converter automatic. Also on offer is the 1.2-litre K Series naturally aspirated petrol engine that can produce a maximum power output of 90hp and 113Nm peak torque. This engine can also be mated to a 5-speed manual or automatic gearbox.

The discount packages for other Maruti offerings remain the same. The Jimny SUV gets a massive discount of Rs 1.50 lakh, while Ignis, Baleno, and Ciaz get Rs 55,000, Rs 35,000, and Rs 45,000 off respectively. As mentioned earlier, these discounts will be made available throughout the month of February. Discounts may vary depending on the variant and the region. The corporate discounts on offer are available for Maruti’s approved list of corporates and public sector undertakings.
