Yezdi relaunches with 3 new motorcycles, good news for Indian Riders

The 80s and the early 90s saw a trend that fulfilled the hearts of many who aspired to have a bike like Yezdi. A bike that was fast, that gave everyone a feeling of power, ‘sports bike’ tag getting attached to their personality and it gave its users a feeling of owning something, which could be called a luxury still not burning a hole in their pocket. Yes, let us discuss the talk of the town, ‘The new Yezdis’.

The brand has come up with 3 new models. ‘Yezdi Roadster’, ‘Yezdi Scrambler’ and the ‘Yezdi Adventure’. Today we will discuss each model in detail, which will help you make the right choice the next time you want to pick up the bike.

Yezdi Roadster

With a 334cc engine and a max power of 29.70ps, this roadster is all set to turn the city on its head. With a wheelbase of 1,440mm it is sure to land a fair amount of area on the road. Also, the engine is a single-cylinder, 4 strokes and liquid-cooled one with twin exhausts. This ‘Roadster’ comes in 5 different colours — Smoke Grey, Sin Silver, Hunter Green, Gallant Grey and Steel Blue. 

Price – Rs 1,98,142 (Ex showroom price Delhi)

Yezdi Scrambler

Comparatively smaller in size yet a powerhouse, this model is sure to make a place in your hearts with its sleek design yet a comfortable ride. This also offers a 334cc engine, but a slightly less max power of 29.10. On-road or off-road doesn’t really matter when you are riding this compact beast. It comes with twin exhaust and a fuel system with electronic fuel injection, this is something worth admiring. Also, it is available in 3 different colours — Fire Orange, Outlaw Olive, Yelling Yellow. Yezdi is really trying to cover every aspect of the Indian market.

Yezdi Adventure

The final partner in this trilogy is the Yezdi Adventure. As the name suggests, this is the most adventurous model out of the three. Dirt, rocks don’t matter, this motorbike ensures you have a comfortable journey throughout. IT offers the same 330cc engine, but with a higher max power of 30.20ps and a much wider wheelbase of 1,465mm, making sure it crosses all the tough terrains without breaking a sweat. 

In short, calling it a beast in disguise wouldn’t be wrong. Unlike the other two, ‘Adventure’ offers a single side exhaust. One of a kind for riders who love to ride in challenging conditions. This also comes in two different colours — Slick Silver and Mambo Black.
