Inside, the new Toyota Glanza gets new leatherette upholstery. Other feature additions include front seat ventilation, a cooled wireless charging pad on the centre console, and a Clarion sound system with 4 speakers and 2 tweeters.

Other safety features include 6 airbags, Vehicle Stability Control, Hill Hold Control, ABS with EBD, ISOFIX child-seat anchorages, a 360-degree camera, rear parking sensors, front seatbelts with pre-tensioners, force limiters, seatbelt reminders, ELRs, and a Tyre Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS).

Under the hood, the Toyota Glanza facelift gets a new 1.2-litre, 3-cylinder, naturally aspirated ‘Z12E’ engine. In petrol mode, it generates a maximum power output of 83hp and 112Nm of torque. The engine can be mated to a 6-speed manual gearbox, where it offers a mileage of 23.80km/l, or a 6-speed AMT with a fuel economy of 24.77km/l.

In a CNG guise, the output drops to 70hp and 102Nm. With the 6-speed manual gearbox, this engine offers a mileage of 33.61km/kg. When mated to the 6-speed AMT, the fuel economy goes up to 34.47km/kg.

Mr Sabari Manohar, Executive Vice President, Sales-Service-Used Car Business, Toyota Kirloskar Motor, said, “As customer expectations continue to evolve, the New Toyota Glanza introduces several meaningful enhancements across safety, convenience and connectivity. With the introduction of Level 2 Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), featuring Adaptive Cruise Control, Lane Keeping Assist, Lane Departure Warning, Lane Departure Prevention, Autonomous Emergency Braking and High Beam Assist, the New Glanza offers a premium mobility experience. The addition of AMT in the CNG variants further enhances driving convenience, while ventilated front seats, wireless charging and refreshed styling add to its overall appeal.”
