Skoda Slavia Monte Carlo Edition gets new colour options

The Monte Carlo Edition of the Skoda Slavia has received two new colour options – Shimla Green and Steel Grey. The automaker will produce only 200 units of the special edition sedan in these colour options. No other changes, cosmetic or mechanical, have been made to the Slavia Monte Carlo edition. The new colour variants do not come at a premium price.

Skoda Slavia Monte Carlo: What’s new?

Like other variants in the Monte Carlo Edition, Shimla Green and Steel Grey colour variants are available in dual-tone shades. This means that their roofs are finished in black and the grille, OVRMs, fog lamps, and alloy wheels receive black highlights. The special edition Skoda Slavia is also available in 2 monotone colours, Lava Blue and Deep Black, and 3 dual-tone colours, Candy White, Brilliant Silver, and Cherry Red. There’s exclusive badging on the front fenders. No other cosmetic changes have been made to the special edition sedan.

The Monte Carlo Edition is based on the top-spec Prestige trim of the Skoda Slavia. It comes with premium features like a powered sunroof, an 8-speaker audio system with a 380W output, OVRMs, an 8-inch digital instrument cluster, ventilated front seating, and more. The interior has an all-black look with red highlights. There’s Monte Carlo branding on the upholstery and scuff plates.

Things remain the same under the hood of the Skoda Slavia Monte Carlo Edition. The sedan continues to be offered in 2 powertrain options. The 1.0-litre three-cylinder turbo petrol engine produces a maximum power of 115hp and 175Nm peak torque. The 1.5-litre turbo petrol engine produces a maximum power output of 150hp and 250Nm peak torque. Transmission options include a six-speed manual and a 7-speed DCT automatic gearbox.

Standard Slavia

Skoda India is currently working on the Slavia’s facelift model. The upcoming sedan has been spotted on several road tests since 2025. It is expected to launch later this year. The facelift will pack features like dual 10.25-inch displays for the touchscreen infotainment system and digital instrument cluster, wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, powered sunroof, an 8-speaker audio system (with a 380W output), ventilated front seating, ambient lighting, wireless charging, ADAS, and more.

Final Thoughts

Prices for the Monte Carlo edition of the Skoda Slavia start at Rs 16.69 lakh and go up to Rs 18.19 lakh. The standard range starts at Rs 10 lakh and goes up to Rs 17.59 lakh. It rivals the Hyundai VernaVolkswagen VirtusMaruti Suzuki Ciaz, and Honda City in India.
