Discounts worth up to Rs 1 lakh offered on Hyundai Creta, Grand i10 Nios, and more

Hyundai Motor India Ltd (HMIL) is offering big discounts on some of its most popular cars this month. Hyundai Creta has bagged the biggest package, valued at Rs 1 lakh. The Grand i10 Nios, i20, Exter, and Aura have also received significant offers. These discounts will expire at the end of the month. No offers have gone live for the Creta Electric yet.

Hyundai Creta

Maximum Discount: Rs 1 lakh

Hyundai Creta is available with discounts worth up to Rs 1 lakh this month. It comes in 3 engine options. The 1.5-litre petrol and diesel engines generate a maximum power output of 115hp. The 1.5-litre turbo petrol engine puts out 160hp. All three engines can be mated to a 6-speed manual or 6-speed DCT gearbox. Prices for the midsize SUV start at Rs 10.90 lakh and go up to Rs 19.91 lakh.

Hyundai Grand i10 Nios

Maximum Discount: Rs 70,000

The Grand i10 Nios is available with offers worth up to Rs 70,000 this month. The hatchback is powered by a 1.2-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine that generates a maximum power output of 83hp and 113.8Nm of torque. This engine can be mated to a 5-speed manual or AMT gearbox. In a CNG configuration, this engine puts out 69hp and 95Nm. The CNG variants are available with a 5-speed manual gearbox only. Prices for the hatchback start at Rs 5.59 lakh and go up to Rs 8.04 lakh.

Hyundai i20

Maximum Discount: Rs 60,000

The i20 gets Rs 60,000 shaved off its asking price this month. It is powered by a 1.2-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine that generates a maximum power output of 88hp and 115Nm of torque. It can be mated to a 5-speed manual or CVT gearbox. The N Line model, powered by a 1-litre turbo petrol engine, puts out 120hp and 172Nm. Prices for the premium hatchback start at Rs 5.99 lakh and go up to Rs 11.59 lakh.

Hyundai Exter

Maximum Discount: Rs 50,000

The Exter SUV is available with offers in the range of Rs 50,000 this month. The compact SUV is powered by a 1.2-litre petrol engine that churns out 83hp and 114Nm. It can be paired with a 5-speed manual or an AMT gearbox. In a CNG guise, the SUV puts out 69hp and 95.2Nm. The CNG variants are available with manual transmission only. Prices for the SUV start at Rs 5.80 lakh and go up to Rs 9.46 lakh.

Hyundai Aura

Maximum Discount: Rs 30,000

Lastly, the Aura gets Rs 30,000 off this month. The midsize sedan uses the same 1.2-litre Kappa petrol engine as the Exter and Grand i10 Nios. This engine puts out 83hp and 114Nm. In a CNG configuration, the output drops to 69hp and 95Nm. Prices for the Aura start at Rs 5.99 lakh and go up to Rs 8.59 lakh.

Final Thoughts

As mentioned earlier, these discounts will expire at the end of September. The amount of discount offered may vary depending on the variant of the car and the region of the dealership. Discounts are also subject to the availability of stock.
