Volkswagen India has announced year-end offers for the Taigun and Virtus as a part of its ‘The Big Rush’ campaign. Volkswagen Taigun and Virtus buyers can avail of these benefits at their nearest VW dealership. These offers are valid from November 9, 2024 to December 31, 2024. Interestingly, the automaker is not offering these benefits on its Taigun SUV.

Volkswagen India has not listed the exact value of these offers yet. It has announced that these benefits will be offered as a part of the purchase and the service. The automaker will also introduce extended warranty options for the two cars.

Building on the sales momentum recorded so far, we are looking at sustaining market excitement through attractive benefits that will amplify the joy of owning a Volkswagen.”
Volkswagen Taigun and Virtus come in two engine options. The 1.5-litre TSI generates a maximum power output of 150hp and 250Nm of peak torque. This engine can be paired with a 6-speed manual or a 7-speed DSG.
The other option that the company offers to its customers is a 1.0-litre TSI engine. This engine produces a maximum power output of 115hp and 178Nm of peak torque. It can be mated to a 6 manual gearbox or a 6-speed automatic automatic transmission.
The two cars feature a 10-inch touchscreen infotainment system with support for Apple Carplay and Android Auto, a digital instrument cluster, a 6-speaker sound system, an electric sunroof, ventilated front seats, and a multi-function steering wheel. They also get the My Volkswagen Connect app for some connected features such as driving behaviour, live tracking, and more.

Volkswagen Taigun and Virtus are two of the most popular cars by the automaker in India. The Taigun crossed the 1 lakh sales landmark in September while the Virtus grossed reached 50,000 domestic sales in October. Prices for Volkswagen Virtus start at Rs 11.56 lakh and go up to Rs 19.83 lakh. Meanwhile, the Volkswagen Taigun is priced between Rs 11.70 lakh and Rs 21.10 lakh.
