The VinFast VF6 is the smaller of the two electric SUVs. It will be available in 2 trim levels – Earth and Wind. The EV comes in 6 exterior paint shades – Jet Black, Desat Silver, Crimson Red, Urban Mint, Infinity Blanc, and Zenith Grey. Inside, the electric SUV rocks an all-black interior. It is equipped with premium features like a Level 2 ADAS package, a panoramic sunroof, ambient lighting, connected car tech, and more.
Powering the VinFast VF6 is a single electric motor mounted on the front axle. It generates a maximum power output of 204hp. The SUV is equipped with a 59.6kWh battery pack. On a full charge, this battery pack delivers a driving range of 480km (WLTP-rated).
The VF7 is the larger of the two EVs. It will come in 3 trim levels – Earth, Wind, and Sky. It shares its exterior colour options with the VinFast VF6. The entry-level Earth variant of the SUV has an all-black interior theme. The Wind and Sky variants get a ‘Mocca Brown’ shade for their cabin. The VF7 EV will get a larger touchscreen infotainment system than the one on the VF6. It will carry forward the premium feature list of the smaller SUV.
Unlike the VinFast VF6, the VF7 is available in FWD and AWD options. The AWD variants derive power from the same electric motor as the VF6. This battery pack delivers a driving range of 450km on the FWD variants and 431km on the AWD variants.
