MG ZS EV is being offered with discounts of up to Rs 4.44 lakh for a limited time period. These discounts are being offered to celebrate the automaker’s sixth anniversary in India. The Execute Plus and Essence variants bag the biggest discount packages. The offers on the Executive and Excite Pro variants are limited to Rs 13,000 and Rs 48,000, respectively.

The MG ZS EV is powered by a front-mounted electric motor. This single electric motor generates a maximum power output of 176hp and 280Nm. The 50.3kWh battery pack offers a driving range of 461km. The EV can go from 0-100kmph in 8.5 seconds.
Inside, the MG ZS EV gets features like a 10.1-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, a 7-inch driver’s display, a panoramic sunroof, wireless charging, and more. On the safety front, the electric SUV is equipped with six airbags, ESC, a 360-degree camera, ABS with EBD, and more. The EV also gets 75+ connected car features.
The safety quotient of the MG ZS EV is further enhanced by its Level 2 ADAS package. The Level 2 package is exclusive to the top-spec trims of the electric SUV. It comprises features like adaptive cruise control, traffic jam assist, autonomous emergency braking, lane departure warning, lane keep assist, speed assist system, and forward collision warning. Other variants of the MG ZS EV get basic ADAS features like blind spot detection, rear cross-traffic alert, and blind spot detection system. The sensitivity level of these systems can be altered between low, medium, and high.

MG Motor India has not mentioned the duration of these discounts. While most automakers offer monthly discounts on their prime offerings, the discounts on the ZS EV may last more than a month. The electric SUV rivals the likes of Hyundai Creta Electric, Maruti Suzuki e Vitara, Mahindra XUV400 EV, and Tata Curvv EV in India.
