Maruti Suzuki Swift offered with Diwali discounts worth up to Rs 50,000

Maruti Suzuki is offering festive discounts on its Arena offerings this month. The automaker has increased the offer amount for two cars – Maruti Suzuki Swift and Brezza. Other Arena offerings like S Presso, Wagon R, Alto K10, and Dzire are also available with significant discounts this month.

Maruti Suzuki Swift

Maximum Discount: Rs 50,000

Maruti Suzuki Swift is now available with discounts in the range of Rs 35,000 to Rs 50,000. At the start of the month, these discounts ranged between Rs 10,000 – Rs 35,000. The pre-facelift models are available with a cash offer of Rs 10,000 and an exchange bonus worth Rs 15,000.

Maruti has also added a new Blitz Edition to Swift’s lineup as a part of its festive campaign. The Maruti Suzuki Blitz is available in VXi and VXi (O) variants. It receives a free accessory package worth Rs 49,900. This package includes features like illuminated doorsills, grille garnish, underbody spoilers, leather steering wheel, and more.

Maruti Suzuki Swift is powered by the 1.2-litre 3-cylinder Z12E engine. This engine produces a maximum power output of 80hp and 112Nm of torque. It can be mated to a 5-speed manual or AMT gearbox.

Maruti Suzuki Brezza

Maximum Discount: Rs 30,000

The discount package for the Brezza SUV has been increased to Rs 30,000. This includes a cash offer of Rs 15,000 and an exchange bonus worth Rs 15,000. Previously, the Brezza was available with a Rs 25,000 discount. Buyers can also opt for the Urbano Edition kit on LXi and VXi variants. It will cost an additional Rs 15,000 and Rs 3,500 for the two variants respectively.

Powering the Brezza SUV is the 1.5-litre four-cylinder mild-hybrid K-series petrol engine that produces a maximum power output of 103hp and 137Nm of torque. It can be paired with an automatic and a manual transmission. In a CNG configuration, this engine produces a maximum power output of 88hp and 121.5Nm peak torque. It should be noted that Brezza CNG is not available in a mild hybrid tech nor does it get the option of an automatic transmission.
