The Hyundai Venue spy shots reveal a twin display unit on the dashboard. This dual-screen unit will comprise a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system and an equally large digital instrument cluster. The AC vents are placed under the infotainment system. Below these air vents lies the HVAC control panel with physical buttons. The SUV is expected to be equipped with features like ventilated front seats, a 360-degree camera, and a Level 2 ADAS package.
When it comes to cosmetics and exterior design, the 2nd-gen Hyundai Venue will resemble the Creta SUV. It will rock a split headlamp setup and vertically stacked LED DRLs. The front grille will have a rectangular pattern. The SUV is expected to retain its boxy profile. Its 16-inch alloy wheels will get a new design. The front and rear bumpers are also expected to sport a new look.
There will be no mechanical changes on the new Hyundai Venue. It will retain the 3 powertrain options that are available on the current-gen model. The 1.2-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine produces a maximum power output of 83hp and 114Nm of torque. This engine can be mated to a 5-speed manual or a 7-speed DCT gearbox. The 1.0-litre turbo petrol engine puts out 120hp and 170Nm. This engine can also be paired with a 5-speed manual or a 7-speed DCT gearbox. Lastly, the 1.5-litre diesel engine generates a maximum power output of 115hp and 250Nm of torque. This engine is only available with a 6-speed manual transmission.
