Honda City, Elevate, and Amaze offered with discounts worth up to Rs 1.97 lakh

Honda Car India is offering massive discounts on its most popular offerings. Honda City e:HEV has bagged the biggest offer package this month, effectively bringing down the asking price by Rs 1.97 lakh. The Elevate SUV and Amaze sedan (2nd and 3rd Gen) have also received substantial discounts. These offers will expire at the end of the month.

Honda City

Maximum Discount: Rs 1.97 lakh

The hybrid model of the Honda City is available with discounts worth up to Rs 1.97 lakh this month. The standard petrol model gets Rs 1.28 lakh off. The hybrid model draws power from a 1.5-litre four-cylinder petrol engine mated to two electric motors. It generates a maximum power output of 126hp and 253Nm of torque. Transmission duties are handled by an eCVT gearbox. The standard model puts out 121hp and 145Nm. It can be mated to a manual or CVT gearbox. Prices for the Honda City start at Rs 12 lakh and go up to Rs 20 lakh.

Honda Elevate

Maximum Discount: Rs 1.48 lakh

Honda’s midsize SUV is available with offers worth up to Rs 1.48 lakh this month. The Elevate shares its powertrain with the City, but it does not come in a hybrid variant. The SUV generates a maximum power output of 121hp and 145Nm of torque. It is available in manual and CVT gearbox options. Its prices start at Rs 11.64 lakh for the entry-level SV MT variant and go up to Rs 16.20 lakh for the top-spec ZX CVT variant.

Honda Amaze

Maximum Discount: Rs 68,000

Honda sells the second and third generation models of the Amaze sedan alongside each other. The former gets Rs 68,000 off this month, while the latter is available with offers worth up to Rs 57,000. Both models rock the same engine under the hood, a 1.2-litre iVTEC naturally aspirated petrol unit. This engine produces a maximum power output of 89hp and 110Nm of torque. Transmission options include a five-speed manual and a CVT gearbox. The manual variant has a fuel efficiency of 18.65kmpl while the CVT variant offers a mileage of 19.46kmpl.

Final Thoughts

As mentioned earlier, these offers will expire on February 28. The final value of the discount packages depends on the region, dealership, variant, and availability of stock. The automaker plans to refresh the City sedan with a facelift model later this year.
