Renault has announced discounts of up to Rs 40,000 on all three of its offerings in India – Renault Kwid, Triber, and Kiger. The automaker will be offering these discounts throughout August. The discounts come in the form of exchange bonuses, loyalty benefits, and cash offers. The automaker is also offering additional discounts for buyers in Kerala.

Maximum Discount: Rs 40,000
Renault Kwid cash offers worth up to Rs 15,000, exchange bonuses of up to Rs 15,000, and Rs 10,000 off in loyalty bonuses. In Kerala, the cash offer and exchange bonus receive a bump of Rs 10,000 each, bringing the value of the discount package to Rs 60,000.
Prices for the Kwid start at Rs 4.70 lakh and go up to Rs 6.45 lakh. It is available in two different petrol engines. The 1.0-litre petrol engine is mated to a 5-speed manual or automatic transmission and produces a maximum power of 69hp. Meanwhile, the 0.8-litre petrol engine comes only in manual transmission and produces a maximum power of 54hp.

The Triber MPV is also available with a Rs 15,000 cash offer, a Rs 15,000 exchange benefit, and a Rs 10,000 loyalty bonus this month. In Kerala, the Triber gets Rs 25,000 off in cash offers and a similar amount in exchange benefits along with a loyalty bonus of Rs 20,000. This brings the total discounts up to Rs 20,000.
Renault Triber Triber is powered by a 1.0-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine that produces a maximum power of 72hp. This engine is paired with a 5-speed manual or automatic transmission. The Triber is Renault’s bestselling Multi-Purpose Vehicle in the country.
Maximum Discount: Rs 40,000
The Kiger receives the same pan-India offers as the other two Renault offerings. In Kerala, the SUV’s discount package is similar to that of Triber. The Kiger comes in two different engine options. The 1.0-litre turbo petrol engine produces a maximum power of 100hp and the 1.0-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine produces 72hp. Prices for the SUV start at Rs 6 lakh and go up to Rs 11.23 lakh.

The value of these discount packages may vary from region to region. Certain variants may not be eligible for a discount. Earlier this year, Renault updated its three offerings in India with new features. The automaker plans on launching 5 cars in the next 3 years.
