2nd-gen Hyundai Venue’s features and safety specs revealed

The 2nd-gen Hyundai Venue is all set to launch on November 4. Last week, Hyundai took the wraps off the compact SUV and revealed its variant list and colour options, along with some of its standout features. The automaker has now confirmed more convenience and safety features of the new Venue. Bookings for the 2nd-gen model of the SUV are now open, with the token amount set at Rs 25,000. The price announcement will take place on November 4.

2025 Hyundai Venue: Level 2 ADAS and a brand new touchscreen interface!

The dashboard of the new Hyundai Venue features a curved panoramic display with two 12.3-inch screens for the infotainment system and the digital instrument cluster. This display setup is powered by NVIDIA and runs Hyundai’s new ‘ccNC’ (Connected Car Navigation Cockpit) system. There’s support for wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay onboard. This system can receive OTA updates. The digital instrument cluster displays important information like the tyre pressure, current drive mode, ADAS status, and turn-by-turn navigation. There are 3 display themes on offer – Classic, Modern, and Simple.

The 2nd-gen Venue also packs features like ventilated front seats, an electric-powered 4-way driver’s seat, Surround View Monitor (SVM), remote engine start, cooled glovebox, a voice-enabled electric sunroof, an 8-speaker Bose sound system, built-in JioSaavn app, wireless charging, support for 400 voice commands in 5 languages, and more.

One of the biggest highlights of the SUV is its Level 2 ADAS package. This suite comprises 16 features, including Smart Cruise Control with Stop & Go, Forward Collision-Avoidance Assist (Car/Pedestrian/Cycle, Junction Turning, Direct Oncoming), Lane Keeping Assist, Driver Attention Warning, and Parking Collision Avoidance Assist.

On the safety front, the SUV packs 6 airbags, Electronic Stability Control (ESC), Hill-start Assist Control (HAC), Electric Parking Brake with Auto Hold, Surround View Monitor (SVM), Tyre Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS), disc brakes for all 4 wheels, Electro Chromic Mirror (ECM) with telematics switches, 3-point seatbelts with reminder for all seats, and rollover sensor.

Final Thoughts

The 2nd-gen Venue will be made available in a total of 11 petrol and diesel variants. Hyundai has added 2 new paint shades to the mix – Mystic Sapphire and Hazel Blue. The current-gen Venue is priced between Rs 7.26 lakh and Rs 12.46 lakh. We expect the prices for the new model to start at Rs 8 lakh. Upon launch, it will rival the Kia SonetTata NexonMahindra XUV 3XOSkoda KylaqMaruti Suzuki Fronx, and Maruti Suzuki Brezza.
