The RWD variants of the Tata Harrier EV are powered by a single, rear-axle-mounted electric motor. This motor generates a maximum power output of 238hp and 315Nm of torque. The AWD variants put out 390hp and 594Nm.

Its 14.53-inch touchscreen infotainment system uses the world’s first Samsung Neo QLED automotive display. The electric SUV has a dual-tone dashboard and a four-spoke steering wheel with an illuminated Tata logo.
On the safety front, the electric SUV gets 7 airbags, ESP with i-VBAC, Acoustic Vehicle Alert System, Hill Descent Control, Hill Hold Assist, TPMS, rain-sensing wipers, automatic headlamps, a 360-degree camera, and an e-IVRM with a digital video recorder.
